The SAF APAC Summit 2026 (SAFAPAC26) warmly invites journalists and media professionals to apply for a complimentary Press Pass to attend and report on Asia-Pacific’s leading sustainable aviation fuel conference.

Who Can Apply
Qualified members of the press, including reporters, editors, publishers, photojournalists, and freelance writers, are eligible for a complimentary Media Pass. Freelance journalists must present a commissioning letter on official letterhead from a recognized news organization or publication.

Media representatives are kindly requested to complete the online Press Pass Application Form. Each application will be reviewed carefully by the organizing committee. While we aim to accommodate as many members of the press as possible, we reserve the right to decline applications when necessary.
